COVID-19: Global Vaccine Challenge
Vaccines are one of the most helpful tools we have to help end the pandemic. But globally, who has access to COVID-19 vaccines and why? This virtual experience invites students to roleplay as youth advisors to help make vaccine access more equitable on a global scale. We invite students to engage with critical questions around equity and access on a global scale – discussing some of the same tough questions that world leaders are currently working to address.

WHAT TO EXPECT
This presentation works best if each student is utilizing their own device so we can utilize online polls, the chat feature, and other digital tools. However, we are happy to work with you in whatever classroom environment you are in.
This virtual experience uses a shared screen presentation to present the challenges that are related to COVID-19 vaccine delivery around the globe and shifts into a student-centered discussion focusing on what might be some of the best ways to ensure the global distribution of vaccines. Students get to choose an area of discussion and are encouraged to share out loud and use the chat feature if on their individual devices.
