The Science of COVID-19 | Part II: The Vaccines & Variants
This is the second in a series of two engaging digital lessons utilizing video, animated slides and discussion questions to help students understand the science of COVID-19. Part II introduces the new variants showing up while focusing focused on vaccines, their process and how these new ones work. The presentation is largely driven by student questions and may focus on questions like: How were the vaccines developed so fast? How do the different vaccines work? Who has access to vaccines across the world?
This virtual experience is part of a two-part series on the science of COVID-19. We encourage educators to reserve both tours.
