Bring your group
We are open for group tours with a reservation only. Our address is 440 Fifth Ave. N., near the corner of 5th Avenue North and Harrison Street. We are across from Seattle Center, about a mile north of downtown Seattle.
Parking
The closest parking lot, next to the Discovery Center, is the Seattle Center 5th Avenue N. Garage. It is wheelchair accessible. You can also park on neighboring streets or in other Seattle Center lots or private parking lots. Parking rates vary.
We do not offer parking validation.
Accessibility drop-off area
Drop-off area on Fifth Avenue next to the Discovery Center, in front of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation main entrance.
Public transportation
We are served by several King County Metro bus lines and the Seattle Center Monorail, which runs between the downtown core and Seattle Center.
Biking
If you’re coming by bicycle, you can map out a route using the city’s online bike map. The Discovery Center has bike racks available in the parking lot behind our building entrance.
